About Me

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker licensed in Virginia with 7 years of experience working as a Mental Health Professional. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, career challenges, PTSD, and ADHD. I have also helped many people who have experienced physical trauma or emotional abuse.

My therapy style is warm and interactive. I believe in treating everyone with respect, dignity, and compassion, and I don't believe in telling you what to do because you are the expert on you. My approach combines a cognitive-behavioral, solution focused, and strengths based approach, using trauma informed care techniques. I will tailor our sessions and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs.
